All Civil Solutions successfully refurbished and extended the VW Village mechanic workshop, increasing capacity with six additional workstations. The scope included demolition, excavation, stormwater and sewer works, new pavement, installation of an oil-water separator, steel framework erection, brick wall construction, rendering, epoxy flooring, and insulated roofing. The project adhered to industry best practices, safety regulations, and structural integrity standards.

The VW Village project follows a meticulous process to ensure quality and compliance at every stage. It begins with site preparation, including a site survey, access setup, and utility disconnections. Demolition and excavation follow, removing structures and preparing for stormwater and sewer works. The installation of stormwater systems and sewer connections is followed by testing and backfilling. Steel frameworks are erected and inspected for structural integrity, while reinforced brick walls and durable cement rendering are applied. New pavement and flooring are laid, including slip-resistant epoxy resin coatings. An oil-water separator is installed in line with EPA standards, followed by the roofing, insulation, and drainage systems. Finally, the fit-out process covers electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations, along with painting and quality inspections to ensure the site is ready for use.
